Marili Cancio Johnson P.A. delivers legal representation across real estate, title, corporate formation, and international transactions. Title work is handled in-house as an agent for The Fund, which keeps search, commitment, clearing, and policy issuance on one schedule rather than three.
We act for buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, developers, and foreign investors. A substantial share of the practice involves Latin American clients acquiring Florida property and foreign companies establishing United States operations — work conducted in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Scope and fees are set out before work begins, and revised in writing if the transaction changes.
