Real estate, title, and corporate counsel for Miami and the investors who buy here.
We represent buyers, sellers, lenders, borrowers, and the companies moving capital into Florida. Title work and closings are handled in-house — including remote online closings.
Counsel for transactions that carry real consequences.
From our offices in the Chase Building in downtown Miami, we handle real estate, title, corporate, and cross-border matters for clients across South Florida and abroad.
The practice is concentrated where title, financing, and entity structure intersect — the details that decide whether a closing holds.
